Refund & Return Policy | سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

1. Eligibility | الأهلية

  • Customers can return items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse.

يمكن للعملاء إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وفي عبوتها الأصلية.
لن يتم قبول الإرجاع إذا تم فتح المنتج أو استخدامه أو تعرض للتلف بسبب سوء الاستخدام.

2. Processing Time | مدة المعالجة

  • Once the returned item is received, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Customers will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.

بمجرد استلام المنتج المرتجع، سيتم معالجته خلال 3-5 أيام عمل.
سيتلقى العميل إشعارًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني عند اكتمال عملية الإرجاع.

3. Initiating a Return | بدء عملية الإرجاع

  • To start a return, customers must contact the customer service team and provide the order number along with a reason for return.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

لبدء عملية الإرجاع، يجب على العميل الاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء وتزويدهم برقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع.
قد لا يتم قبول الإرجاع دون موافقة مسبقة.

4. Return Shipping Costs | تكاليف شحن الإرجاع

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to an error from our side (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping fee.

العميل مسؤول عن دفع تكاليف شحن الإرجاع، ما لم يكن المنتج المستلم معيبًا أو غير صحيح.
إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من جانبنا (مثل إرسال منتج خاطئ أو معيب)، فسنغطي تكلفة الشحن.

5. Refund Method | طريقة الاسترداد

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refunded amount usually reflects in the account within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • The original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • The customer also bears the return shipping cost.

يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة إلى نفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة في عملية الشراء.
يستغرق وصول المبلغ المسترد إلى الحساب عادةً من 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل بعد المعالجة.
سيتم خصم تكلفة الشحن الأصلية من مبلغ الاسترداد.

6. Returning Promotional Items | إرجاع المنتجات الترويجية

  • If returning Buy 1 Get 1 Free (1+1), Buy 2 Get 1 Free (2+1), or discounted second-item promotions, the entire set must be returned.
  • For promotional bundles or discounted offers, the entire set must be returned at the offer value at the time of purchase.

في حالة إرجاع العروض الترويجية مثل (1+1) أو (2+1) أو الخصومات على القطعة الثانية، يجب إعادة مجموعة المنتجات بأكملها.
في حالة إرجاع المنتجات المشتراة ضمن عروض خاصة أو حزم ترويجية، يجب إرجاع المجموعة بالكامل بالقيمة المعتمدة وقت العرض.
